Latin roots. American soil.
Rosi Amador is a professional bilingual voice artist who records top-quality VO for clients all over the world. She is in demand for and dedicated to using her voice talent to build cross-cultural bridges and bring compelling stories and messages to life in flawless, native English & Spanish and Hispanic-accented English.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Rosi was born to Puerto Rican and Argentine performer parents who deeply instilled in her their love of music and the spoken word. While raising her bilingually in both Latin & North America, they emphasized the importance of speaking, reading, writing and singing both English & Spanish with perfect enunciation and expression. After graduating from Bryn Mawr College, Rosi became a creative entrepreneur at a young age, as her parents had before her. She and her husband, Brian Amador (bilingual voice actor and composer/guitarist) founded two Latin music ensembles and continue to sing together part-time as Sol y Canto, (est. 1994). They are the proud parents of twin daughters who are also bilingual voice actors and musicians.

Sustainably beautiful sound.
Rosi’s clients describe her voice as friendly, warm, sparkling, expressive, enthusiastic and pleasing. She records both in her native, neutral Latin American Spanish and in English – with no accent in either language unless one is requested. Her voice is known to inspire, motivate, educate and inform, making it easier for messages to reach today’s increasingly diverse market, and helping producers of content for and about Hispanics effectively and memorably capture their target audience.
Since 1994, Rosi has been honored to record voiceovers for commercials, eLearning narrations, corporate narrations, web and explainer videos, documentaries, telephony, children’s audiobooks, and museum and travel audio tours. She has forged long-lasting bonds with her recurring clients because they trust her to be a dynamic creative partner and problem-solver while delivering exactly the sound they ask for with authenticity, skill, joy, speed and her trademark friendly demeanor.
Rosi can complete projects in her own broadcast-quality professional studio equipped with ISDN, Source Connect and IPDTL, or is happy to go to one of several nearby studios in the Boston area, with whom she has longtime relationships.
N.B. On occasion my name is incorrectly spelled “Rosie” Amador, but now you know it’s really Rosi, just like my Papi called me when I was a wee one.
